SAFE HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping staff are comprised on local college students which much complete detailed training of the standards of cleanliness and performance prior to start . Training in constant and ongoing.
Housekeeping is only provide prior to check-in and upon departure, meaning no one but guests enter their suite during the entire stay.
KEYLESS ENTRY
Checking in from your phone allows guests to skip lines and avoid interaction with staff and other guests.
Building entry is low-touch with few doors between guests and their suites. All high-touch areas like door handles and elevator buttons are disinfected on a regular basis to ensure the safety of everyone on the property. Sanitation stations are provided by entry points to Scholar floors.
MINIMAL INTERACTION
With full kitchens, guests can cook their own meals inside the suite or order-in and have private meal right from the dining room.
Common amenities like water, coffee, and tea are all included inside of the suite, rather than in a common lobby area.
Our Cleaning Protocols
During cleaning, our staff takes great care to make sure every suite is both cleaned to a shine as well as disinfected.
Our team follows the below guidelines to ensure the safety and health of our guests and our team.
BEST-IN-CLASS CLEANING REGIMEN
All housekeeping staff wear gloves and masks during cleaning, ensuring the unit is at the highest level of cleanliness.
Additionally, staff conduct a minimum 20-second hand washing prior to and after interacting with guests and units.
SINGLE-USE CLEANING SUPPLIES
Many supplies we use during cleaning are single use, so germs are never spread between units via the cleaning process.
Any cleaning supplies that are re-used such as spray bottles are disinfected themselves, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
FOCUS ON HIGH-TOUCH AREAS
All high-touch areas like knobs, door handles, coffee machines, and appliances are given an additional wipe down with a hospital-grade disinfectant to guarantee they are free from any contamination.
Even soft goods, such as drapes and sofas, are given the same attention as hard-surface areas.
